Access to Venues

Please note the following for the matchplays:

As these matchplays are run indoors this provides very limited space for watching and spectators may interrupt players concentration. Therefore we have decided in the interest of fairness:

  • in the case of David Lloyd's indoor facility those not playing a match will be asked to stay in the cafe area behind the glass frontage
  • in the case of the Ozone centre, if the viewing area is not available, those not playing a match will be asked to wait in the upstairs function room when available (Sunday 29th November). On Friday 27th November the function room will not be available and parents are advised either to wait in reception or drop their child off and collect them when finished. Players not playing a match will be able to wait in the area leading to the entrance to the courts if the viewing area is not available.
  • In the case of Belfast Boat Club, those not playing a match will be asked to stay outside the bubble.

Only officials, UBTI coaches and members of the UBTI Junior Development Committee will be permitted in the corridor leading to the courts at the Ozone, courtside at David Lloyd's indoor facility, and in the bubble at Belfast Boat Club. We assure you the children will be supervised at all times within the indoor venues.
